Welcome to WAINS Solutions! By using our VoIP and Hosted Dialer services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• Our services must only be used for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Billing is in advance; failure to pay may result in service suspension.
• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Privacy is protected per our Privacy Policy.
• We may update these Terms at any time.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: [20-11-2009]

• No refunds for services already rendered.
• Refunds may be considered for double payments or billing errors.
• Service dissatisfaction refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 7 days.
• No refunds for unused service periods after cancellation.
• Unauthorized chargebacks result in account suspension.
• Payments made on behalf of others are non-refundable after 48 hours.
• Refund requests must be emailed to billing@wainssolutions.com.

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
