Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By provisioning or utilizing our corporate network resources, infrastructure, or platform ecosystems, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms.

2. VoIP & Dialer Subscription Framework

VoIP channels and Dialer seats are leased on a dynamic subscription framework. Your subscription bounds you to fixed concurrent call capacities. Concurrent channels, active seats, and operational configurations scale exclusively inside active billing terms. We do not offer rollover credits for unused daily/monthly minutes or idle system extensions.

3. Software & Web Development Provisioning

Development processes follow explicit milestone-based project sign-offs. Upon project completion and final payout delivery, intellectual property architectures transfer to the buyer. However, WAINS Solutions retains the core right to restrict base-level code or core engine structures from unauthorized open reproduction. Post-deployment maintenance matrices operate under distinct SLA parameters.

4. Billing & Payment Protocols

All service models operate strictly on an advanced billing matrix. If automated balance thresholds or invoices drop below active parameters, system operations may automatically suspend without liability to WAINS Solutions.

5. System Performance & Disclaimers

While we architect our infrastructure toward a targeted 99.9% network runtime standard, services are extended on an "as-is" and "as-available" architecture. We do not warranty uninterrupted communication delivery paths.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Lawful Network Engagement

Network trunking must be deployed solely for lawful corporate enterprise activities. Any execution of traffic routing violating regional or international jurisdictions is fundamentally prohibited.

2. Telecom Network Fair-Usage

Subscribers running automated outbound setups or predictive dialers must maintain standard operational signatures. Drastic, spike-heavy dialing behaviors, extreme Call Attempt-per-Second (CPS) profiles, or keeping an abnormally low Average Call Duration (ACD) that stresses network resources may result in immediate rate adjustments or link throttle limits.

3. Prohibited Calling Activities

You explicitly agree not to use our trunking or platform resources to execute or facilitate:

  • Misleading, malicious, or spoofed Caller ID tracking data.
  • Automated scanning, SIP flood routing, or fuzzing infrastructure attacks.
  • Unsolicited calling practices violating STIR/SHAKEN, TCPA, or relative global telecom guidelines.

4. Fraudulent Behavior & System Misuse

Artificially inflating traffic flows, exploring routing system vulnerabilities, hacking web/software components, or using the network to mask illicit financial actions will result in instantaneous service cancellation.

5. Enforcement & Termination Actions

We reserve immediate authority to monitor traffic signatures. System profiles associated with verified AUP infractions face terminal closure, database blacklisting, and explicit forfeit of remaining ledger assets.
